NEW HOMEOWNERS--Be sure to apply for Homestead and Military Tax Credits. Applications can be completed at our office or obtained online by clicking on "Other Links" above and then the Iowa City Assessor Page.

The 2013 assessed values will be used for the taxes payable September 2014 and March 2015.

The 2012 assessed values will be used for the taxes payable September 2013 and March 2014.
